The database is growing continuously and includes both registered companies and public listings drawn from Italian company data. A company that registers can complete identity verification through its certified email (PEC) and documentation: once passed, its page carries the “verified” mark. The other pages remain unverified listings.

If it is in the database, yes: every listed company has a public page, registered or not. Registering lets you complete it with a description, catalogs, certifications and direct contacts; with a paid plan it becomes an extended page with a dedicated address, readable by AI assistants too.

Describe what you need in your own words: a part, a process, a service. You get the companies that best match and narrow down by region and province. There is no product-category filter.

Companies on the platform that are potentially interested, or suppliers you choose yourself, by email as well if they are not registered yet. Offers arrive in the same place, with the same fields, ready to compare.

Because it is free and brings qualified opportunities: whoever writes is already looking for that product or service. Answering costs nothing on any plan, and there is no commission if the deal closes.

PEC is mandatory for Italian companies and lets us verify with certainty the identity of the company registering, preventing fake profiles.

No. Every plan covers both: with the same account you find suppliers, manage contacts and answer the requests you receive.

No. Factorybook charges no commission on transactions between buyers and suppliers, and a supplier answers requests for quotation for free, on any plan. Paid plans add tools, not permissions.

Yes. You can move to a higher or lower plan whenever you like. Moving up, you pay only the difference for the remaining period; moving down takes effect from the next billing cycle.

Yes, for members of the trade associations we have an active agreement with, such as Confartigianato, Confcommercio and Confcooperative. Write to us naming your association.

No need: the Free plan is free and has no expiry. Use the essential features as long as you like and consider a paid plan only when you need more tools.

No. It is a one-time payment that stays active forever: the extended company page and its dedicated address carry no recurring fee.

No. The contact book is included in the Free plan. Reading a photographed business card costs 1 credit; credits come in packs from €0.99 VAT included, with no subscription, from the web or the app, for the company or for yourself.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and servers are in the European Union, in compliance with the GDPR. Backups are taken daily and kept for 30 days.

Only the parties involved in the negotiation. Messages, requests and offers are not public and are not shared with third parties without authorisation.

Yes. Every attachment is encrypted and stored on servers in the European Union, accessible only to those taking part in the request it belongs to.

No. The contact book belongs to your company and is visible only to the users of your team.
